Sending Follow-up Reports

CAPTIV8 Connects will send you a notification and email when a follow-up rhas been requested by the hospital.  You can find follow-up reports by going to the patients area and use the status filter to view ‘follow-up’ reports.  Click on the patient for which you want to create a follow-up report and select the template.
